Ancestral Medicine Women

Herbs are for Everyday…
———————————
Herbs are living organisms, and as such are uplifted, nourished, and brought to purpose when tended by those that who would use them for health, well-being, goodness, and medicine.

If you grow your own herbs, touch them from time to time, tell them their purpose, feel them and ask them to help correct any deficiencies, and let them know you’re wanting to be vibrant and well. You can do this with yourself in mind, or for family/friends. Herbs are extremely happy to help when they know their purpose.

This recipe comes from some Greek Cypriot friends of ours, and is delicious served with roast lamb, or anything really!

GC Salad
—————-
A large, vibrant bunch of flat leaf parsley – chopped
An equally vibrant and large bunch of coriander (cilantro) – chopped
As much lemon juice as you can handle/like
Salt and pepper
A little olive oil

Mix it all together.
This can be eaten straight away or it can be left to marinate in the fridge for an hour or so.Preview
For a little extra oomph, add freshly chopped tomato just before serving.
Enjoy!
