Channeling: Caring for the mother is not given the attention it truly deserves. The mother and many others give the baby/ies all the attention, but the mother’s body is now changing back into being a woman, without carrying a baby. This means many changes, very quickly. The body needs support and nourishment, you can’t be idle, and you can’t be aggressive either.
Warning: this is anatomically descriptive for the purposes of getting done what is needed to get Mum happy and healthy, so she can love and care for the newborn.
Some points covered include: daily massage with bathing, basic hygiene, exercise, the partner feeling abandoned and lots more.
